The understanding of the management on the unfortunate delay situation of the payment I had, was well taken, and I did solve it. I'm greatfull for Your Staff Supervisor Nancy for the understanding and on what actually happened for the inconvenience. This is so far so best Small hotel I have been, and is my first choice. My partner and I felt very and welcomed; the reception lady was Priscilla by name I still remember because she left an exceptional impression on us. she made us feel at home and provide us with a 5-star service, lovely space lovely stuff.

The area is easily accessible though the gates are manually operated and a bit unsafe at night since the property is situated on the main road

It was easy to find. The ladies at reception were very welcoming and helpful. There is a security guard for night duty and access is remote controlled. They have a backup generator for essential lights during loadshedding
